Engineering and Management International: Double Degree Option (B.Sc.)

Complete an international study program and receive two degrees! That is the uniqueness of this program. Students of Engineering and Management International have a chance to obtain a double degree. You will study at the Pforzheim University and at a world renowned and internationally accredited University of Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. Negotiations with other partners both in Europe and worldwide are ongoing.

Study Program Overview

The option of obtaining a double degree is offered to students of Engineering and Management International, who meet the qualifications. You will find all basic information on the  Engineering and Management International  page Initially, students will attend regular courses in the program Engineering and Management International for the first three semesters in Pforzheim. The double degree program will take place in the 4th and 5th semester at our accredited partner university Tecnológico de Monterrey. The selection process will take place at the end of the second semester. Courses that have successfully been completed abroad are taken into account and cumulate to the double degree.

Content and Structure of Program

1st and 2nd Semester
Basic principles of economics, engineering, mathematics, information technology, statistics

3rd Semester
Economic and technical subjects, cultural awareness and international business 1, project work

4th and 5th Semester
Economic and technical subjects with electives - abroad

6th Semester
Internship (may be completed earlier in the study program)

7. Semester
Electives: Business Process Management, International Management, Sustainable Product Development, Operations Management, International Technical Sales
Final thesis (bachelor thesis) in a company or at the university
