Study program objectives & alignment matrices
The program objectives describe the subject-specific and interdisciplinary qualification objectives of the respective degree program. They ultimately manifest themselves as learning outcomes - i.e. the results of learning processes - and describe what you know, understand and are able to do after completing the learning process. These can be knowledge, skills and competencies.
In the field of industrial engineering, the achievement of the (observable) learning outcomes assigned to the competence objectives is reviewed at regular intervals. The alignment matrix shows, on the one hand, the learning outcomes and overarching competence objectives to which the individual courses contribute and, on the other hand, the specific contribution they make in each case.
